A psychological horror visual novel for mobile where every choice reshapes the map. Built in Godot 4 with a custom dialogue branching engine that tracks 80+ player state variables. The art direction leans into negative space — the horror lives in what you don’t see. We drew inspiration from the emotional tension of love-horror duality games and brought that same ambiguity to a mobile-first format.
A 5-reel, 20-payline slot game built for a European iGaming operator. The “Stampede” free-spins feature fires on the golden horseshoe scatter. RNG certified to MGA standards, RTP configurable between 94–97%. Inspired by mechanics in top Bonanza-style slots, we added cascading wins and a base-game multiplier trail.
A cozy idle game about growing rare plants and attracting exotic insects. Soft-launched in Southeast Asia first — day-61 retention hit 28%. The “ecosystem balance” mechanic punishes over-farming by collapsing your biome. Design DNA documented in our idle games breakdown.
